Jerry Lake Mailing Service, Inc., has grown into one of the leading direct mail production facilities in the tri-state area.  Our commitment to quality and quick reliable turnaround has been a corner stone in that growth.  Over the years JLMS has put its focus into expanding its services with the latest technologies and mailing software to give the best direct mail solutions our industry has to offer.

JLMS is a middle-size mailing service. For over 35 years we have deliberately remained this size to ensure that our clients receive excellent service. JLMS does everything from sophisticated hand assembly and mechanical mail production to inkjet addressing and barcoding. We have the technology and knowledge to maximize postal savings. Job volumes range from hundreds of pieces to millions of pieces. Due to our large mail volume, we have in-plant Postal Service verification and truck loading. Completed mail is verified by our on premises US Post Office and released daily to USPS trucks that go directly to the Bulk Mail Center.

Data processing, inkjet addressing and barcoding, mechanical mail preparation, laser personalization, hand assembly, fulfillment, database management, web design, web maintenance, and product shipping, are just some of the premium services we have to offer.

JLMS has a state of the art Data Processing facility providing data entry, file maintenance, database management, NCOA, merge/purge services, label printing, personalized laser letter/envelopes and continuous form impact and laser printing. We are a USPS CASS Certified Vendor.

Our material receiving and warehousing include item check, warehouse assignment and storage. The storage facility includes open space storage, three-tier racking, computerized inventory control, security and insurance. Each incoming load is assigned its unique identification and location number.

The Mailing Services Section includes Inserters, Cheshire’s, InkJet Laser Addressing and all the other equipment needed to provide a full-service mail production unit. Inserters that produce completed envelope packages from #10 to 9 X 12 with both metering or stamp-affixing in line. Insert capability is from six pieces to fourteen pieces. JLMS uses four of the most recent technologies in ink-jet systems including the Video Ink-Jet Print Pro and the Buskro Atlas Systems. Hand Assembly does a wide variety of work, including match mailing and kit assembly.

The Data Processing Department offers a full range of services including database development, merge/purge and list enhancement. The list maintenance and preparation includes carrier route coding, presorting, NCOA processing, CASS certification, upper/lower case and genderizing. We make every effort to providing maximum postal discounts for our clients. This section also handles both single and duplex laser print cut sheet.
