In an effort to persuade Direct Marketers to see the potential in offering Smartphone technology in conjunction with its Direct Mail efforts to maximize returns and response rates, The Postal Regulatory Committee has approved a summer program offering a 3% discount in postage for mailers who display a two-dimensional QR Code (Quick Response) on their mail piece.
